Myomassology Massage ....pain relief! 1 hr $70
This deep-tissue massage kneads the ache away from tired, sore muscles. If you have neck, back, hip or leg pain you may be suffering from “apparent short leg syndrome”. We measure then balance your legs and hips to restore structural homeostasis and true alignment. You will float away in a sea of endorphins (your body’s own natural pain killers) with this “feel good” massage session. Your session will be with a Registered Myomassology Practitioner (RMP) receipts provided upon request
Acupressure and Tuina 1hr $70
Tuina (pronounced twee-nah) is massage Chinese style! It concentrates on therapeutic conditions such as muscular tension and joint disorders to relieve pain and increase range of motion and mobility. Tuina uses very unique hand techniques such as: rolling, finger-springing, grasping, press-rub, grinding and sawing - always moving progressively deeper into the affected tissue to release stagnation and restore the flow of blood. Acupressure is an ancient form of touch therapy originating in China which predaates acupuncture. Acupuncture and Acupressure share and stimulate the same points on the body to restore health. Acupressure uses thumb pressure to relieve pain and to improve circulation. This therapeutic session uses Acupressure and Tuina Chinese Medical Massage to relieve acute pain and mobilize tired, sore aching joints.
CranioSacral Therapy 1 hr $70
CranioSacral is a very gentle therapy, working on the membrane system of the central nervous system, the peripheral nervous system and the delicate bones of the cranium, spine and sacrum. The cranial bones, spine and the sacrum are assessed and gently manipulated to free restrictions and to increase mobility of the dural membrane system, the cranium and the sacrum. This in turn ensures adequate blood flow into and out of the cranium and maximizes the production of cerebral spinal fluid and flow throughout the head and spine.
Effective in treating headaches, TMJ, ADHD and the pain associated with neck, shoulder and back disorders. A deep state of relaxation is induced with this gentle treatment which is felt to the core of the body.
Reflexology 1 hr $60
Reflexology is based on the premise that there are reflex points on the hands, feet and ears which correspond to every part, organ and gland of the body. Stimulating these reflex points assists the body to return to natural function, promotes increased circulation and relieves stress.
Your treatment will start with a soak in a foot bath with soothing essential oils, while the therapist clears your chakras with Reiki. You will then be moved to the massage table where you will be cocooned in warm blankets. Relaxing massage and thumb pressure techniques are applied to every part of each foot. They act to normalize the functions of all parts of the body, including glands and organs. You feel this wonderful therapy reverberating throughout your body in waves. Feels like no other treatment you’ve ever had – like a massage “from the inside out”. This session wraps you in “soothing” aromas, while gentle, nurturing techniques relax you from head to toe.

Reflexology applies finger and thumb pressure to points all over the feet, which reflex to all parts, organs and glands of the body to restore normal body function and aid in circulation. River Rock Massage....sheer bliss 1 ½ hrs $130

Reiki...massage for the soul 1 hr $60
Reiki is the ancient Japanese “hands-on healing” method of restoring harmony within the body, mind and spirit. It is a safe, gentle and effective technique that supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Reiki has been described as massage for the soul.
When the body’s energy flow becomes blocked, as is often the case, imbalance leading to dis-harmony and dis-ease can occur. As a Master of this technique, the healing energy of Reiki is transmitted through my hands to gently assist in releasing blockages in your energy flow. Reiki not only deals with the symptom, but the cause of dis-ease, allowing us to release and heal it. Reiki works on the premise that each of us knows more about our healing than anyone else. It works with that part of you that has participated in the events which led to the outward manifestation which needs to be healed. Reiki complements any other form of healing and is beneficial to anyone at any age. It works on stress, emotional issues, past traumas, chronic pain, A.D.D., digestive disorders and so much more.
