PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of registration and can be made by e-mail transfer. For personal cheques and money orders, full payment must be received prior to processing your registration. Please call us to make arrangements. There is a $30 charge for cheques returned for insufficient funds. Please note prices do not include taxes (retreats).

CANCELLATION POLICY - RETREATS
Payments made will be refunded in full (less a $50 processing fee) if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day in advance, a non-refundable credit (less a $50 processing fee) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the workshop's arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason. Much planning is done to ensure your stay is as enjoyable, educational and uplifting as possible. Many people are brought in to ensure the success of our programs, we therefore cannot make exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
CANCELLATION POLICY - MYOMASSOLOGY /SPA PROGRAMS
Deposit to secure your place in class is non-refundable. Remainder of tuition is due on the first day of class (spa programs) or you can opt to make six monthly installments on the first of each month for $1115.00/month (myomassology program only). No refunds will be issued for payments after first day of class. Should you need to drop out due to health reasons, you will be allowed to register at a later date with proof of health condition from your medical practitioner.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Arrival and Departure Programs generally begin at 8:00 am on the first day of your program and end by 11:30 am on the last day.
Check-in Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Arrival dinner is included in overnight stays. There is a welcome session and campfire on arrival night. Outdoor equipment is also available at this time.
Late arrivals Dinner is served at 5:30 pm. You may want to eat on the way if you will be arriving after 6:30 pm. If you are unable to arrive before 9:00 pm, please notify us.
Guest room check-out We kindly request that all departing guests be out of their rooms by noon so that we may prepare for our incoming guests.
CHILDREN
In general, Journey Within's programs are open to participants 18 years of age or older. Older teens can be admitted into our programs upon the discretion of Journey Within. Please call in advance to discuss this arrangement.

The closest large carrier airport is in Timmins approximately 45 minutes away. We can accommodate groups with shuttle service from the Timmins Airport.
Ontario Northland bus and rail transportation is also available to our area.
